    Ricoh mp3353 fax problem (receive)

Hi all, I have 2 machines (Ricoh MP3353) having same fax problem. The machines receive fax as usual but after a few seconds, it will print out the same thing again and this keeps repeating until i restart machine. I noticed that after received first copy of fax, the memory remains at 99%.

Hope someone manage to identify the problem. Thanks.

is it set to delete faxes after printing?

are the prints cut off (indicating wrong size paper lgl?)

can you upload scanned (PDF) of fax setting pages?

Are you getting a jam message and the reprint of the fax occurs after the jam message is cleared? I have seen J000, jam at power on, cause this. If you have a finisher, check/replace the door switches on the bridge unit or any other push button door switches if no finisher.

Attached here with sample printout of fax receive, as well as printout of fax parameter list. I noticed that all fax printouts are not centered. Other functions (copy, print) have no such issue.

No jam occurs. The fax will just reprint the same thing again and again.

Initialize SRAM. Anyways, you have the parameter report to restore the settings.
