    Hi All..
    I have MPC 4503
I try to change the setting for customer .. but it keeps saying ..
"You don't have the privileges to use this function" ..

What screen were you on? If you are in User Tools, you need to be logged in as admin. If you are not in User Tools, admin does not have any privileges. It is a common mistake many of us have made. We get in a hurry. We go into User Tools and login to make changes. We exit User Tools to test the changes bit forget to log out first.

Unless you are using the Smart Operation Panel the Login/Logout button is located to the right of the number panel right above the User Tools button.
