Ricoh Mpc 2504ex leading edge registration

Hello, i have a mpc 2504 with a leading edge registration problem when using thick paper from the bypass tray. I have adjusted it in sp mode and am still seeing the the image is creeping to the edge of the paper. I have replaced the rollers ,
Replaced the bypass unit and the problem is still there. Any help.

can I ASSume that you are setting the paper to THICK on the Copier AND Print driver?

is it GLOSSY thick paper?

is the registration asmy in good condition?

reg roller clean and not smooth?

can you provide SAMPLE pages in PDF format?

How many pages total and on service parts?

have you run Motor and Sensor tests?

What is buckle set at?

So many questions vague information.

I hate the way I ASKED multiple questions that ALL are relevant .. and all we get is: I'll send samples.. I wonder if that's the way they answer RICOH tech phone support!?
