MP 3352sp automatically wake up from sleep mode

Hi friends i have MP3352sp the machine goes to sleep mode then it's automatically wake up from sleep mode within one minute. How to solve this problem friends. If anybody knows how to solve this problem please teach me.

1) Look in ERROR LOG.. does it show errors? fix them.

2) is it set up for ring/print on incoming?

3) can you pint out and convert to PDF the config files stored in NVRAM? config..net ..error log.. etc.?

4) What are timers set at?

Hi sir thank you for your reply.
Sir i didn't give any print or made any copies
just normally when we doesn't use the machine usually machine goes to sleep mode then we try to do something then only machine wake up and start and ready
but my machine automatically wake up from sleep mode that is my problem sir.

I solve my problem sir.
I just un install the extended features all now it working fine sir.

So what was the problem within extended features?

Hope the customer doesn’t need those features.
