c3002 server installation failed
Host Installation as "stand alone" is ok, but installation failed in the server-cloud, it gives error #123.
I think the printer need a domain name OR the server need to know this IP address is save...
???
Thank you for helping us out.
Greetings,
Mark

Where is it giving you the 123 error?
Just to confirm you can add the printer locally no problem but when adding it to the print server it gives you an error?

Re: c3002 server installation failed
Are you positive that the "server-cloud" you are attempting is setup to function as a "printer-cloud"? Are you trying to install your printer to the "server-cloud" or connect it to the "server-cloud"? Is the C3002 you are installing cloud ready for the "server-cloud" you wish to install it on? Have you checked the Cloud ready printers page for the "server-cloud"?
Below is the help document for Google Cloud Print. Other Cloud services should be similar.

Re: c3002 server installation failed
Solved.
The printer we installed in the server of the headquarters was only reachable on the network of the departments by looking for it by the IP address. The printer of the HQ was not listed in the printerlist, so we had to search for it in a forced way...
Also, the IT'er had placed 2 routers in a row... I told him that this is inadvisable... But he sad it is the only way to make a VPN happen.

Re: c3002 server installation failed
I always disable WSD in WIM, network, ip4.
Could that be the reason why it doesn't show up in the printerlist?
