hello All:

i am getting a code SC 549-04. i ran 5000 on it yesterday on a 20# stock no problems. i was running a 24# stock this am and its throwing the code, i changes stock back to 20# and its not coding on us.
any ideas, ty for the help as always

Its a fuser shield error there's a little flag on front of fuser make sure is moving ok with gear at other end also clean sensors where flag actuator passes

24lb would put you into the middle thick setting i believe...did you change your paper tray settings when running it on 24lb?
