    That does not answer the actually question. To make it a little more understandable, do the toner cartridges have the Genuine Ricoh label.

    +2 Parts are calibrated for one unit and swapping them around screws all that up. Sounds like the machine needs a full vacuum and PM, developer change, the whole nine yards.

    When you go to clean individual sensors on the assembly use only a soft lint free cotton cloth slightly moistened with water only. Synthetic cloth can cause a static charge that will draw dust an toner. Glass cleaner will leave a coating an alcohol or other solvents can damage the plastic.
