    Those white voids/spots and streaks in my experience could be very well from compatible consumables(toners, etc). OP never mentioned what consumables are used. I always hated to fight ghosts when customers use non OEM parts.

    The yield of PCDU as far as i remember is at 80K. It is worth replacing if you have reached above the PM counter.

    What i find strange is that the 2 machines have the same problem.
    Are they in the same room with same customer?
    What are the counters?
    Which counter PCU's, ITB, PTR?
    Is machine standing in normal office conditions?

    The pcu is 60k
    The dev unit is 240k

    If you are consistent at doing PMs at 60K, thoroughly remove all old developer and toner from the DU and always use only Genuine Ricoh developer and toner the DU might make 240K before stripping the auger gears.
