MP 301 J057 when jamming in the fuser.

I have a client where the paper is jamming half way out of the fuser and giving J057. I have replaced all the fuser sensors and the paper feed sensor. I have also replaced the whole fuser but nothing seems to have worked, any advice?

These machines are so reliable if it's half way out of fuser it's probably a sensor you sure you replace fuser never had to do that just rebuild check paper size all the sensors would of be on new fuser. Was it a new oem fuser?

IT isn't a new fuser, it's a working fuser from a refurbished machine in our workshop that had been tested

are you sure the paper size/type is set properly?

It jams with those as well, even when printing the counter

I never checked the paper size, I didn't think that would be a problem as they've only ever printed A4

Indeed it looks like paper size wrong settings. Make sure someone isn't changed paper tray size or settings.
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.

Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
