+1 on this. Whenever we know the customer is going to be using Macs, we ALWAYS recommend they purchase the optional PostScript and not rely on the emulation version. We occasionally have to follow up with them afterwards if they wouldn't go with it at the outset and found the emulation to be too little or if they later added Mac users to their staff.
I had a machine that would not load WIM and it was the antivirus software. Turned it off and it worked fine.
