Cyan Printing problem in RICOH PRO C901s

Hi all
We have problem with cyan printing in Ricoh pro C901s
Image is not coming in middle of the paper (completely white in the middle)

here i am attaching the image for reference
please advise us what to do

There's a proper laundry list of what this could be. Look at the mag roller, do you have a good brush all the way across. Are the laser slit glasses clean. Are the ITB bias rollers disintegrating. Drum life. etc etc etc

Yes we checked all what you have mentioned.
All are ok .
We got the same problem with yellow also when we start the machine but it disappeared after one hour.
Also for cyan white area is reduced after 3 hrs

Call a credited ricoh service engineer he have it done in no time may just need good service
