Ricoh MP501spf - Maintenance kit

hello people.

i´ve got a Ricoh MP501spf that says (replace maintenance kit) but i cannot see any information on this kit, anywere.

I already got the pickup rollers kit to replace but i think this is not what the machine is asking.

do you have any info on this?

Maintenance kits on small black and white kit are usually fuser, PTR and feed tyres / friction pads. What sort of mileage does it have?

If the print quality is good simply reset or turn off that message. If you have the rollers fit them machine will run on without any issues.

thank you for help but that a diferent model and those parts will not fit.

thank you copier tech. that´s what i think. will try to replace rollers and see if i can find a way to reset or turn off message.

Just disable the PM alert setting SP5931-001 in "1".
This machine does not have maintenance kit.

I found this on the PSG. Looks like there is no kit, you just need to order everything individually.

If that unit has 500,000 prints or more then I would replace the fusing unit (M2814070)/ transfer roller (M2812838)/ and feed & sep rollers.
Maintenance kit usually refers to fuser/ trans. roll/ feed rolls, so just go into SP mode and reset those counters.
