IM 600 error SC899

Hi everyone, I have a machine that freezes the screen and presents the code sc 899, I have read that it might need a firmware update.Can someone help me by providing the firmware or giving me an idea of what else it could be?

Someone printing a webpage.
find who is trying to print the job in question and delete from the print queue.
Can also unplug network cable, power cycle machine, turn on user codes, and then plug the network cable back in.

Before the error occours, the machine has users codes turned on, i try to turn off but the screen freezes and the code appears.

I take that to mean that you are currentky using User Codes on the IM 600. Next step depends on whether all printing is through a print server. If all print jobs are going through a server, log in to that server and display the print queue for the IM 600. Make note of who sent the top job in the queue. Delete the top job in the print queue and any other job from the same person that might additional to print the same job. Cycle power on the IM 600.

Maybe it's not what we are thinking. Usually that code coincides with what we've suggested....but....just saw a bulletin for this issue, sorry for the confusion.


Here's the bulletin for the P C600 model about sc899 - release on 9/30/2020.
