Does anyone knows what the issue is??
So you printed test pattern in service mode all came out OK then a print job should come out OK it's strange to get good test pattern and bad copy & prints. Please upload samples

That would also cause the yellow on the color test pattern to be missing as well. It is not.

I've done auto calibration, copy and printing. But when scanning it fails and tell me to start process again. Attached are original and photocopy for more clarification.

This amazes me that all colours came out ok on colour pattern in service mode.
    Attached is the colour pattern.

What's the count on the color drums/developers?

Have you tried a different ITB assembly?

Check the yellow drum connector...make sure there are no bent pins.

The yellow does look a little weak. Possibly under toned. What are the Y Vt reading in SP 3030 and how do they compare to the other colors. Fixed Charge DC Bias SP 2005 and Fixed Developer DC Bias SP 2229 may have been changed. This would also require that SP 3041-001 be set to 0. SP 3041 was moved to Factory SP mode on the Cxx03 models. Yellow transfer value may have been played as well. Speaking of played with, may also have been what my office used to call Izzified. We had a lead copier tech 15 years ago, I worked mostly on computers and dictation back then, named Izzy who liked to play around with the color Gamma settings.

I've tried auto calibration, after printing then fails when scanning. I don't why this happens.
