the printed document converts from green to blue when i copy it,i have cleaned the scanner glasses,firmware is updated also registration and calibration for colors were performed,

any suggestion please

yes sir, i changed all pm counters

Does it happen with that particular document or with every green?
Try copying with different copy modes (text, photo, special original, etc)

Clean the ID sensors and then run ACC.

Yellow is missing or weak. Similar problem to what Pixtech Frameworks is having with a C5503.
