Alternative to lubricants indicated for ricoh pro8120s

Good morning, I would like to know from the most experienced of the group if they have any alternative to the official lubricants recommended by ricoh, or the details of the characteristics that these should have, specifically
    FLUOTRIBO MG Grease
    Grease Barrierta - S552R
    Silicone Grease G-501

We tested with lubricants used in desktop printers and smaller printer fusers but they liquefy very quickly, in fact we had many 720-40 and j114 errors and we have solved it with very thorough lubrication of the stapler mechanisms, but it does not stop liquefying soon, thanks

I use 3-in-One oil, we also use typewriter oil. I've heard sewing machine oil works good too. The finiser rails get gummed up, they really need to be cleaned thoroughly first and then lightly lubed.

We use 41amJdaoP-L._AC_.jpg on all our SR 5000 and it has been a world of difference with jamming. One of my techs tried a ricoh grease and it caused all kinds of jamming.
Tried other 3 in 1 oil but this worked alot better on all the rails. Make sure you clean first with alcohol if their is any dried grease.

I use Super Lube for fuser bearings and gears. 3-in-one works great for everything else.

Try Super Lube multipurpose grease with PTFE. Check your local hardware stores or order from Home Depot. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Super-Lu...-202932687-_-N

We tried all those but since we switched to the triflow we get no more calls on finisher jams. We cleaned and re lube every service call or pm and our finisher jam calls have stopped.

If there is any original factory grease that needs to be removed before applying the lubricant of choice, WD-40 is a champ at doing so.

I’ve had much better luck with it than alcohol.

I use electrical contact cleaner. Get it at local hardware stores.

I use Lubriplate hi-temp grease for fuser bushings and such, and spot lubing I use 5w30 motor oil in a small oiler, which can also be used in high temperature areas.

At one time, we used Marvel Mystery Oil.
