Mp 2501 sc144-00 and photoconductor unit not set properly

Hi. I've got a ricoh mp2501 throwing all sorts of issues at me. Stating photoconductor unit not set properly, at the same time as an sc144-00 and sc 992-00 error. I've seen a thread on here from 5 years ago that had the exact issue, but I don't understand his fix. All connectors look good. I was going to order BICU board, but now I doubt that, as the old post said he had fitted that and it didn't change. Any ideas really appreciated.

Check if the pcdu was assembled correctly with the unique parts of an mp2501.
Check the housing at the rear side in the machine where the connector of the pcdu makes contact.

Also check the ribbon cable connected between BICU & SBU. It can be easily damaged than other cables.

Have you dissasebly and reassebly it ? If yes you havent placed correct mag roller or drum.
Else at the back of PCR there is a jacket similar to ethernet perhaps it is not straight or at it's possition.
Also is at the back side of CRU the plastic firmly set on CRU?
Asume youhave checked for obstacles
