*already change c m y k drum and heater unit

What are the print and PM counts? If you already replaced the drum I'm leaning towards the Fuser sleeve or possibly ITB

You replaced all PCU were they genuine Ricoh? if not did you replace the charge rollers?

That is a cheap black drum {compatible} seen a lot

Could also be the ITB cleaning unit past PM count.

If paper is Short Edge Feed it could be a dirty transport roller.

In that case I think it's the PCU or possibly ITB. Have you tried switching 2 of the PCU's to see if the marks change colour?

I interchange them all the time. P/N is different but they fit and work fine. I use the 04 series drum in the 03 too. They are cheaper. Dev units are unique though.
