Well if I was you if ricoh are involved just leave to them if regular engineer can't fix he will get technical Specialist in if they can't fix it forget it

Well, they finally escalated it. I just wanted to reach out to see if it was something silly that may have been overlooked. More eyes on a problem the better. You guys are a huge resource to me, but rarely do I get something weird like this.
Could be scanner bed bended?

Had this issue with a older machine. Run a full 5990 report and look for any settings in the 4s that value looks out of range of the others. I don't remember if it was a filter value but after I set it back within range all looked great.
