The beam is "stronger" in print.
Clean the mirrors and so on.

Before the LD was removed and the exit of the beam was cleaned with a small ear cup, be careful, it is very delicate,

other technicians increased the exit when moving the screw, but I repeat, it is very delicate and you risk that it will no longer serve in a copy .

Now if you just clean mirrors and keep nagging, the LD is damaged.

The problem could also be LD beam pitch adjustment. Resolution during copying is set at 600 dpi. If printing is being done at a lower resolution the beam pitch will be different and could adversely affect sync detection.
