Does it make a grinding noise?
Have had many of these where the Pressure Roller gear or the Idler gear deteriorates, and can cause jamming in the fuser.
Do you have Correct size/orientation settings in paper tray?
    What's the jam code?

This all day. Any strange noises? Does the paper make it to the other side of the Fuser? Wrinkled edges? Not enough into to help you. I would venture a guess that unit needs rebuilt (new sleeve and pressure roller).

The sleeve is almost new and grinding noise when rotating. Pressure roller seems good.
