Rfu file needet for Mp6000

Hello guys.. I have a Mp6000 with broken Sd port, so i'm unable to update the firmware with a SD card, but i need to update the Network support because the customer needs scan2smb (he don't want ftp or mail, only smb). Can someone send me the RFU firmware please? I'll try to update via WIM.

The machine has network support 5.61...and i have 5.92...but unable to update via sd... Thays the problem

Why are you unable to update with SD? Are you getting some error message, or update screen not coming up?

Maybe a better question would be "How do you know you have broken Sd port?" Or possibly "If you have a source for SD card firmware why can you get RFU firmware from the same source?"

Because i tried 4 or 5 different Sd cards with different sizes, from 14 mb to 1gb but nothing. We are Ricoh dealer and i have access to the Ricoh site with manuals and firmwares, but here in europe (or only in italy) we can not download RFU firmware files, but only firmware for SD card to put in the romdata folder..

All the firmware comes directly from Japan if you check the last time they updated was 2013 you already have the latest when you on the download page click the gen blue link where the file is then look at the top of the page and there the @remote firmware are you sure you extracted the down file.
