Ricoh Mp c3501 No legal setting

Have a customer that uses tray 2 for legal and 11x17. They claim the settings are now gone. Had her send pic thinking she was in wrong place but it appears not.
Anyone seen this before?

Have not seen that before.
RICOH tech forum brings up a hit that the tray was "set for envelope tray". Maybe in the paper type settings?
Did you do a firmware update or anything like that before this happened?

UPDATE: Go to User Tools --> System settings --> General features --> bottom right hand side "Small Size Paper tray" --> Make sure this is OFF for tray 2.
Just played with one in the shop, and got the screen you had. Have to restart machine to get setting to take effect.

Why are they using User Tools to set paper size. Just set the tray for 'Auto Paper Size' and let the length and width sensors on the tray do their job.

Yes that's how they always did it but they said all of a sudden it stopped. Obvisly someone was messing with that setting.
