There is no wax bar in the PTR assembly on the 5100's, only a roller and discharge plate
Since you have have the exact same bands across all channels it has to be transfer related.
It's has to be either,
The belt has the same marks as your bands so your in for a ITB rebuild so a new belt, 4 x image transfer rollers and a bias roller. You will also want to do a cleaning unit cause I'm sure the blades will scratch the new belt
or
You have contamination on your cleaning unit blades which are not cleaning the belt properly so you may need to rebuild your cleaning unit only
That's what I would be checking
