This is a Shock jitter, difference in the rotation speed of the ITB motor and Registration motor. Read RTB No.: RD137039a.

You can't attach that RTB? Either that or provide the corresponding TSB number used by Ricoh-USA?

There is no wax bar in the PTR assembly on the 5100's, only a roller and discharge plate

Since you have have the exact same bands across all channels it has to be transfer related.

    It's has to be either,

The belt has the same marks as your bands so your in for a ITB rebuild so a new belt, 4 x image transfer rollers and a bias roller. You will also want to do a cleaning unit cause I'm sure the blades will scratch the new belt

    or

You have contamination on your cleaning unit blades which are not cleaning the belt properly so you may need to rebuild your cleaning unit only

That's what I would be checking
