Panel SP mode
Same as newer Service Mode entry code except you end it with #,#, "C" <--Hold down C for like 5 seconds, and when you release it, it will go to "screen Service mode".
Go down to "Screen Device settings" and then at the bottom of that page will be "Panel Self Check".....touch that and it will bring you to a screen to let you choose between calibration, LED test, etc..
Omertà
Hope this helps

One thing to try is a power cycle clear. It shouldn't hurt and it may help. Turn the main power OFF and unplug the power supply cord. Push the main power switch ON again to discharge the residual charge. Plug the power cord back in. If the Touch Panel Calibration is off because the memory used to store the setting has been corrupted by a power surge or a static discharge this might clear it.
Here is a very handy tip for recalibrating a touch screen when you are struggling to press the buttons as the calibration is so bad. Plug a USB mouse into the USB slot on the op panel, use the mouse the press all the buttons.
Now we ourselves have been in dispute with a customer for wrecking the touch screens on 3 different machines from the way they have been badly cleaning them, even after I told them to stop doing it and offered 2 alternatives.
Had to actually order in some touch screen parts... also some of these parts are not on the parts manuals I had to go to Ricoh level 2 to find out, funny that the £85 part is left out but the £500 - £1500 are all on the manual
