Me not, have you seen it on this model?
But, i will investigate that, thanks to remind me about that.
I have indeed...had one where the paper was so damp it was condensing and water drops were falling on the paper on its way out the machine. Steamed like a fresh cup of coffee if you interrupted a print job and even then the user was sceptical about it being the paper and not a fault on the machine lol

Entrance hall, sounds like there's regular air exchange if the frontdoor opens/close regulary, that might boost the humidity within the air even if the temperuture "feels" ok.
If you have some used MPCxxx3 units in your shop there's a good chance that you might find one with a modified exit tray - you cen determine the correct one if there's a pring loaded plate in it as cou can see from the parts numbers.

I think this could be for more MPC models, because the receiving tray D1494495 looks quite the same.
    Isn't it?

I think it is moisture paper (it is autumn here at this moment).
Could a tray heater solves this problem?
Could it be a bad fuser?
Total counter 206K. and no fuser parts where yet replaced.
Did you have seen this problem before?
    Thank you for helping us.
hi, try to activate / increase the running time of the fans in sp1, change the grams setting in "paper type" (put lighter), disable the "off fuser unit" function in user tools

Two things that I can see.
    1. In the service manual it recommends to avoid areas exposed to sudden temperature changes: Areas directly exposed to cool air from an air conditioner. I would also include an entry hall during cold weather.
    2. You need to install the paper tray anti condensation heater kit. You may also need to install the scanner heater and photoconductor heater. Order numbers can be found in the 'Heater' section of the parts catalog. Be sure to order the correct items for your region.

I don't think any amount of tray heaters or dehumidifiers will sort this, especially as it is in an entrance hall. There's no way to regulate the environment, that's one thing copiers need, constant environmental conditions.

Reminds me of a DSM730 in a sports centre, sat in an office 10 feet from a swimming pool. Machine rotted slowly.

Once told the customer their paper was moist, they complaints too my boss telling him I was rude and threatening with a lawyer... one crazy world. They wouldn’t even try the free sample paper I provided.
Please start you post with brand, model, problem.

Tray heaters will fix the issue....OR you be a cheap arse and shove a few of those silicon bags that come with new machines in all the trays
I used to do that so much the guys in the workshop used to save them for me ...."Here's another "tray heater" for ya"

    Re: mpc3003 paper is bulging

On the same spot (ground floor), and before this c3003 there was a mp2851. Never had that issue...
On the first floor there there is a c3004 (and before a c2003) and also never had this issue.
This enterance hall is in fact a big space where all is open: ground floor, first floor,... all is open.
Here and there, there is a glas wall for privacy.
In fact this problem was also there in august, when we install this machine.
Since then paper has always been bulging...
