Even though you can't get the original from Ricoh, Precision roller still carries them (although I don't order from them here in Canada), I get my originals from NuTone Densi.
I can't explain how/why that's the case, but it is

I think Precission Roller is where we used to get rebuild kits from. Did not include the developer but the instruction sheet gave you the Ricoh developer to use and provided a bottle to measure the proper amount. If I remember two bags of developer did three PCU. My boss tried some from another source one time, lower cost ha ha. The blades were too soft and failed in less than 2 weeks.

ok thanks for the inputs ,i wish i had a tech nearby, but where i live(small town) i have to manage to fix the unit on my own . i'll check for a pcu but all the ones i could find at the moment costs more or less 100u$s , and comparing that price from precisionrolling site at 240 i dont think are very trusty .

I think the guys have given you the best possible causes.

Check your optics. Mirrors. Motor drive, cables/belts and scanner rails. Also those copies you made, you didn't say if you place the original directly on the platen glass or in the ADF. If it was fed in the ADF check your feed. Make sure it feeding smoothly.

    Also

I would say try a good PCU or if you can rebuild 1. Be sure to put in OEM PARTS. Drum, Dev, blade. Check your charge roller and development drive gears. Replace if necessary.

    I hope this helps

Also.... I know this is a long shot but hows your laser unit...

Plus check your main charge roller. Make sure it is rolling properly and is clean properly.

    Hope this helps.
