sp c250 wifi keep discoonecting

hello all,

i have a sp 250sf connected wifi however it keep disconnected on sleep mode sometimes after 2 or 3 hours or day or two ,

any suggestion please?

please note that the customer refuses to keep it aweak .

This is a known issue, update the firmware.

What's the strength of the wireless signal?

If the signal strength ever dips below 80%, the connection will likely drop.

Ricoh wireless SUCKS, as mentioned countess in countless threads on CTN.
