C3503 keeps adding magenta toner

This customer is an hour and 45 minutes away, so I want to make sure I have everything I need. The cyan toner was out and the others low, so they replaced the magenta and yellow as well. The machine keeps trying to add magenta and he said it's getting everywhere?

I have a working machine that I can take whatever I may need. I am going to take all the drums, extra toners and waste toner bottle.

Is this something common on this series? I haven't run into this problem before. (On an x03)

Probably the development unit. They are notorious for dusting/ spewing toner.
Dont forget to clean the ITB lift sensor on rear frame of machine, or you’ll be back in the very near future!

I would pull the ITB cleaning unit and vacuum out and clean the metal guide,sponge roller and interior where all comes in contact
with pcdu/itb unit.
Also check if they are using OEM or chinese toners..
there is a lot of crap toner being sold.......

My. God. So I drive all the way out there and its calling for cyan toner. The icon to the left is red, so... He only put magenta in cuz thats what color the icon was.

It would be great if the machine had different color lights to indicate the color toner it needed. The red light was on, maybe he should have put in red toner.

Yeah, it's not like the screen isn't full color.

If it keeps calling for toner most likely the dev gear has failed, so take a PCDU but once this happens it will take out the hopper of that colour.

It does if you enable "toner remaining Icon display" in SP mode.
I do it on every (non SOP) machine that I've delivered
