On the serial number sticker on the back of the machine, there will be an engine number, i.e. B039. Can we have that so we can get the proper model number please.

when I start to print it stops after 3 pages without error on the printer apart from the darker display but only error on the pc it stops What can it be? .... I need the manual to read if it talks about this problem, thanks
