Upgrade all device firmware to the latest version . Also upgrade the ACD unit firmware.

can you help me update firmware for DTU ricoh c9210 ?
I have been copy file M0B15912P.fwu to sd card and on power main , after i enter service mode -> update firmware but error code E71 , can not run .
my ricoh c9210 error sc 844-14 and i check hardware DTU is ok ( check led on board DTU ) , so just only error software on DTU ,.
sounds like either:
the firmware isn't unpacked properly
the SD isn't in the right format

You can not keep a Pro 9210 serviced without the proper training, I'm surprised that you would even try. Give up and call a proper tech.
A .fwu file would be a single module. Not feeling like taking the time to look it up I am not sure which module it is. What I do is that you do not need to go into service to load .fwu firmware. If you configure the SD card properly it will take you into the firmware update utility when you power up. I believe the firmware update in SP mode is for use in conjunction with @remote.
