A customer reported to me that the machines throws up error sc572-00. Does anyone have an idea the solution or have an encounter.

Fusing unit pressure roller does not reach warm up error.

I'll check the above following to know the cause or probably change the fuser unit.
Because, fusing sleeve had been changed twice as told by the customer.

Whoever replaced the fusing sleeve may have done so because of the same error when what really needed to be replaced was a thermistor.

I think for this series there is not a big price gap between a fuser unit or a sleeve plus labour time...

And yes, since the SC does point out the pressure roller temperature it's probably a faulty pressure roller thermistor.

Its most probably the pressure roller end thermistor quite common also don't just replace sleeve on its own always replace new oem sleeve assy.
I always replace sleeve assy, pressure roller, bearings, gears and thermistors then it's job done
