I already swapt the F.U. with another good working one, no good.
I think that it only smears with color, but i'm not sure.

try to check the one-way bearings of the roller pressure drive unit, there is a gear in the fuser compartment on the right, disassemble the pressure motor, (find it behind the fan at the top, 2 screws) try to do with your finger - back and forth fast, if you see that the bearing runs off, it means that some pressure is lost, and it is necessary to disassemble and clean them, if too much was lost you would see sc569

possibly disassembling the drive is not very difficult

We have put sp3612 - 131 132 133 134 all to 600 , and the paper thickness back to normal...

    NO GOOD.

Medium thick solved this problem, but old office documents would give an paper thickness error as if the printer preferences would be saved together with the document...

Any help would be very, very much appreciated!!!

There is a setting in user tools to change from computer command to machine settings, I can't remember where it is, I always have to search for it. That setting should help do away with the paper thickness message.

We still have this problem on all mpc3003.
The only solution is to put all trays on "medium thick".
mga, we have tried these settings which you have suggested, but no good.
Have you done these changes and were these a solution for your machines?

I see this problem all the time. Its not just compatible toner, but some companies buy the cheapest, crappyest, shittyest, Chinese toner they can get their hands on, then buy the cheapest, crappyest, shittyest, Chinese fuser sleeves they can get their hands on, and then surpise surprise, we have fusing problems.

Did you forget about crap, textured, high lint paper that toner won't stick to and builds up lint deposits in the PCDUs?

    NO GOOD.
On previous models changing just the value of SP 3612 did not work unless you also changed the Process Control Type - Voltage Control to FIXED. That used to be SP 3041-001. It might be one of the SP settings that Ricoh moved to Factory SP Mode.

Slim, is there a RTB about this?
Paper: Our customers uses good copy paper, We ONLY have issues with mpc3003, not just a few, but ALL of the mpc3003.
In fact, all the c3003 have this issue when we bought them from a auction company (and not from one ticket).
Because problem disappears when "medium thick" was selected, it must be a software problem = firmware solution, so there must be a RTB!

If all the C3003 you purchased from the same place have this issue could be that they have had SP modes changed for some reason.

Also they may have been run on compatible toner.

As you suggested update ALL the firmware files they might all be on the initial factory firmware which is very old now.

Here's one bulletin that maybe of some use.
