Has paper in both drawers and shows correct size.
Copies fine and prints fine from computer from both drawers.

Are both trays loaded with letter paper loaded in the same orientation? ACC might require paper to be loaded the other way.
When I went to load one the other direction I noticed they were set for “recycled paper”, I set them to “do not display” and it worked.Originally Posted by slimslob

Its the sensor which is creating the main role of "No Paper issue" sometimes it gets well but sometimes connection is lost. You can replace your toner or catridge so that the inkjets are cleaned and there is a proper flow. visit tonerbooth.com once, you can rely on them for every printing solution.
