    I geting motors from local dealers from here that have many used machines that have been used bifore and changed for new models. I only do auto ajustment od drum, if there is anything else should i do please tell me. Thanks

    I think that may be your problem these are very old machines and polygon motors are quite fragile try a new one from ricoh

    When you get a new laser diode unit from Ricoh will have a label on it with information that must be entered into the machine using SP2115 (Main Scan Beam Pitch Adjustment). With a used unit that label may no longer be attached.

    I tried with new one too. Around 100k copies and after same problem

    did you input the values from the new unit? this is part of the adjustment i was talking about.
