Next time I go I thought to change the IPU board, What do you think?
Sample looks interesting. Is it a permanent issue visible on every page once the error shows up first time or does it come and go? IPU might be worth a shot but I'm not 100% convinced.
I do not know what else to try, there are still boards left, because the polygon motor breaks down after 80,000, and it is connected to the IPU, it remains to try to change that borad.
Any of your opinions will be useful to me
Is it me or the image in the attachment seems stretched?
Are you sure you are no getting any codes out of this?
From Goose guide:
B246/B248/B249 IMAGE STRETCHED OR COMPRESSED Loose flange on drum shaft. B246/B248/B249 IMAGE STRETCHED OR COMPRESSED Replace Drum Motor and timing belt.
What is a "107 restart"? Do you mean some sort of reset via sp mode? How long does it run without image defekt after this procedure?
What also came up in my mind: Does all involving cooling fans actually work? Usually they are supposed to throw out SC codes once a fan won't work but I've seen some cases on other MFPs with fans that aren't monitored so the MFP won't notice a faulty one. Won't hurt to test them via "output check" at your next visit.
after seeing sample copy my opion you have either a drum drive problem or the paper is hesitaing. How old is the transport belt?
Checked all fans even tried to work without covers and filters removed. Tried with another transfer. When I change the polygon motor works 80k - 100k copies, there must be something around the polygon engine
Hello everyone Just to let you know that the problem is solved. The problem was the Power Supply Unit.
Since I changed it, everything has started to work normally. All polygon motors are OK. I tested them ...
Thank you for participating in solving the problem that lasted for more than 1 year.
I wish you all the best
