    Question Ricoh CW2201SP ink freeze

I have to deliver and install a new one tomorrow. It will be in an unheated garage overnight, and then a 2 hr drive in 20 degree temps in an open bed truck, all boxed up and in the original packing.
Anyone ever have one freeze up on them?

    Re: Ricoh CW2201SP ink freeze

Sometimes these have enough trouble getting ink through the printheads at office temperatures, much less 20 degrees. I would keep the ink carts in warm temps, and ideally let the machine come to room temperature before doing anything to it. Specs say lower limit on temperature is 50 degrees F.
