Hoi,
Post script 3 is better than pcl6 (quality of print).
Print outs from a graphic program is much better on an old mpc2500 than on imc2000...
We have already set it to 9600 / 600 dpi.
Anyone?
Thanks in advance for your help.

What aspect of the image quality bothers you?
Of course print out from graphics programs is better with postscript. That is one of the things postscript was developed for. The other was desktop publishing.
On the graphic computer drawings are fine interupted colored lines that was clearly visible on the printout of a mpc2500.
But totaly not on the printout of a PCL6 imc2000!!!
With the PS3 emulation driver we can see that there is "something"...
Perhaps it could be better with the original Post Script3?
IM C2000 not made to do high quality, but try PS option. Is computer windows or mac?
Don't expect a low end office MFP to do consistent graphics quality prints, they are not the box for it. If you want consistent quality production prints, sell them a production machine.
If you want proper quality, Pro C5200.
