MPC3502 scan to folder

I scanned to the WIN10 folder via FTP
I need to scan a piece of paper into a document
Press # within 60 seconds
Scan the next sheet of paper
The first file is successfully transferred, and the second file will fail if scanned within 30 seconds
A transmission error occurred during the second scan within a short period of time
Nothing happened on WIN7
Is there any way to check?

Have the firmware on the MP C3502 updated to support SMB v2/v3 and stop using FTP.

What if you put the documents in the DF does it scan OK?

As slim said update the firmware.

Update firmware be very careful where you download firmware from should only be available to credited service engineers with my ricoh login details
