Angry Ricoh 8120s pro sc 567-00

I had a problem with dirty edges fixed that and after i cleaned the machine i now get sc 567-00. I have replaced the iob and the ac control board and rebuilt the entire fuser and new sensors. The manual says shorted triac but i can find a traic anywhere in the parts manual. I help greatly appreciated..

    Thanks Socoolone

The manual says the description of the error is "Software high temperature error: Fusing heat thermistor" Have you replaced the thermistor and updated/reloaded the firmware?

Many Pro 8120 customers have a spare fuser, is there a spare at one of your customers you could borrow to try in that machine?

Just replaced the bcu and still get the firmware error e 32. The machine is stuck in firmware loading how to i get out of that screen ? I tried to resume loading firmware but it does nothing when it resumes i let the machine run over night and no luck. Any idea on what to do next would be great

    Thanks

Past experience has told me, that whenever you get an error during FW upgrades, one of your files is corrupted. No amount of reloaded with fix this. This has happened to me twice of two different module's. My only fix was to replace the controller PCB.
