    How about printouts?

Solid black indicates no charge on the drum. Since you say you have replaced the PCU and High Voltage Power Supply that leaves the contact spring at the back of where the PCU slides into the machine. It is not lining up with the opening in the back plate of the PCU that you can see the charge roller contact plate through.

hi, try to check inside the white or black plastic support of the charge roller, there is a contact with a tungsten ball, sometimes it has happened that it comes off

Are you trying to copy; Money, death certificate, or checks? Those will come out solid black.

Otherwise, slim and others have the right idea with the contact.

RESOLVED. Contact on rear of drum cracked behind gearbox. Causing no contact to charge roller. Hard to see at first. Replaced contact and all ok. Thank you all for your help and support.
