    Emailing counters

    Afternoon All,

I have a IM 550 that is not on @Remote. I want that machine to automatically email me the counter on a set date. Is that possible, without setting up @Remote and how is that set up?

    Thanks

    Re: Emailing counters

I'm not involved with any of the IM series yet, but I'm sure it's the same as the Cxx03/ Cxx04, etc series:

    SP5-866-110 to 1
    SP5-866-114 to 1 (Date)
SP5-866-115 to 1 (or the preferred hour)
SP5-866-121 (thru 123) are email destinations to send the counter

    Power machine off/ on

    SP5-866-112 (send test)

I believe that if it has the SOP you can use the SOP Designer Tool to Configure SendMeter application and install it. You can configure it to send automatically or put an Icon on a Home Screen for the customer to press.
