firmware mpc3002 - we can no longer connect to "my-ricoh"

Can anyone provide me with the latest firmware of mpc3002? We can no longer enter 'my-ricoh' since it is now 'iLearn' and there are some issues with the transformation.
Thank you in advance! This is the problem a customer faces. I think it is a firmware related issue.

As always, i can't upload any picture, pretty annoying!

I don't think that's firmware, I bet it's only when printing jpegs, it's the latest windows update that caused it

Realistically, you don't need to do anything, unless you also do their IT for them as the issue lays with their PC, not the printer, but the solution is to, either, uninstall the latest windows update, or apply the hotfixes that Microsoft released yesterday

Personally I haven't seen the blue screen of death, but I have seen many instances of white band/bands when printing jpegs, exactly as in the example you posted in your original post, I have been getting my customers to try printing a word document, which is always fine.

In which case, they need to uninstall the latest update. I only do Ricoh, and I have cleared at least 10 calls so far this week for exactly your fault
