As i posted here earlier, keep in mind that using this universal driver will only affect on pictures saved directly AFTER this driver was installed.
If printing out pic's BEFORE this new driver was installed, you must first save these pic's renewed.

What version of windows 10 are you running. I would update to 20H2 version and run all the updates. May take several reboots and checking for updates and installing them. We have been doing this for weeks now. Works until MS screws up again with faulty updates.

Simply install all updates available to each user/PC.

If you click on the link he provided, it tells you which patch works for the version of Windows that you're running. Look under "previously installed updates" and you'll see the version of windows that is used. Then go to Microsoft Update Catalog to find the patch that you need.
