Do you mean an Aficio 3025, as I don't know of an SP3025, if so, it should be the default user name - admin, and no password

Is it asking for a username and password when you try to get into User Tools? If so, administrator authenication is turned on. Try logging in to WIM as supervisor and change the Admin password. If it is not displaying any metric sizes, you may also need to change a setting in SP mode.
The 3025 have the paper size set by the dial on the drawer face. Maybe the switches are broken.

Unless the setting is overridden in user tools. If a size is set in user tools it takes preference over the dial setting. Primarily used for paper sizes that are not on the dial.
