i have all the manuals for this machine, however the manual states clearly

Entering SP Mode:
For details, ask your supervisor

also googled to no avail! does anyone know if it's C107c, or C806182c, or something other?

It's been changed, and to the best of my knowledge there's no way to reset until you can get back in other than maybe NvRam (??)
Although, often it's been found to be changed to 107107
Factory mode will still work, but not all SP's are available.

There might be a simulation in Factory Mode to use to change what the settings. If you do not know how to get into Factory Mode you will need to contact your Ricoh regional dealer rep.

changed it from what? what is the factory method for entering SP mode?
