    I agree completely.
    The knowledge and experience you and all the other experienced technicians have in this field is in a completely other division than the experience and knowledge any end user can get, ever.
    And I am very grateful for the help and advice I have got from you all. Even with the service manual I couldnt have figured it all out without the help I've got here.

    I can also say that I too am a very experienced technician with more than two decades of experience, in my field, which is transport refrigeration. So I can relate to what you say here, there are some pretty smart and observant end users in my field, and some, one just dont know where to start when trying to explain things to them.

    But regardless of all this, I must say laser printers is a pretty interesting piece of equipment
