when i say a scaner program i mean a good scaner program that somebody worked with this. Of course i can find in internet scaner programs but i want a good one that works fine with nths copier (2000L) . Also i tried to install DDST scaner twain drivers but had problems . After installation appears in attached file.Noscaner to select and when i select discover error appears. Any suggestion how to choose scaner ?

No....but I'm 'lowering the shields' on my ignore list very briefly because as previously mentioned, I find it very intriguing at your near perfect spelling and grammar - except for the word "scanner", and it's even shown multiple times on your sample pics (just an observation) .

Have you downloaded and installed the Network TWAIN driver? Pull scanning will not work without it.
