I've got an issue with the printer printing wheel-like marks. I attached a photo so you can see better.

with it displaying multi-colors it would lead me to check the ITB cleaning unit.

what is the life count on the ITB and cleaning unit?

are the using Genuine OEM toners?

    Thanks for assisting me.

Yeah, I'm using only genuine toners.

How do I check the lifecount of the ITB?

Those marks are part of what is applied to the ITB during auto process control. The ones parallel to the edge are used to calculate line position in the direction of paper travel. The diagonal ones are used to calculate line position across the direction. Both are used to calculate color quality of each PCDU. The ITB cleaning unit is under a door help closed by 2 screws on the left end of the C2050. It sets on top of one of the waste toner bottles and is held to the ITB assembly by 2 long screws.

Thank you, your instruction was so clear and direct.

I emptied the toner bottle and I cleaned the rolling brush (it was dark), I assume that's the ITB cleaning unit? I will do some testing (printing) these days and let you know if that solved it, thanks again.

The ITB cleaning unit lives on the left side of the machine behind a cover with two screws. It being full can cause problems like this.

better to replace than to clean, if too old it can damage the transfer belt (more expensive): D1056036
CLEANING UNIT: INTERMEDIATE TRANSFER: SERVICE: Ass'y
