Those marks are part of what is applied to the ITB during auto process control. The ones parallel to the edge are used to calculate line position in the direction of paper travel. The diagonal ones are used to calculate line position across the direction. Both are used to calculate color quality of each PCDU. The ITB cleaning unit is under a door help closed by 2 screws on the left end of the C2050. It sets on top of one of the waste toner bottles and is held to the ITB assembly by 2 long screws.
The ITB cleaning unit lives on the left side of the machine behind a cover with two screws. It being full can cause problems like this.
Replace the entire machine, this is a very old box.
Please start you post with brand, model, problem.
